Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your gear. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Tags must be attached
- You must contact us first at boarapparelco@outlook.com to request approval
Unless the item is faulty, we offer:
- Store credit or exchange (Refunds only for faulty or incorrectly described items, as required under Australian Consumer Law)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty. We recommend tracked shipping — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Non-returnable items:
- Sale or promo items
- Gift cards
- Custom or pre-order items marked as Final Sale
Refunds (if applicable)
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method minus any shipping costs. We do not refund original shipping fees unless the item is faulty.
High-Value or Suspicious Orders
For security, some large orders may be subject to additional verification or require signature on delivery.
